Product Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. All items are final sale. If you’re unsure about a product, email us or DM us and we will do our best to provide guidance before you purchase. You can also visit us at one of our farmers’ markets where you can speak with us in person and sample the products.

Please read the ingredients carefully and know your allergies. If an allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use. Consult your medical practitioner prior to using any herbal products if you are on medications. If you received a product in error or have additional product concerns, please reach out to us and we will review the issue with you.

Farm CSA

We do not accept returns for the CSA and there are no refunds. If you are unable to pick up your CSA box, please contact us and we can make arrangements for another pick up day or you may choose to donate your box. Please note, the plants are perishable and to maintain freshness you will need to pick up your box within the same week. We do not do a second harvest for rescheduled pick ups. Contact us and we will be happy to review the CSA program with you prior to purchase.
